01. Using Panora
These terms govern your use of Panora for Android. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. By using Panora, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use.
02. Fictional characters and AI content
Panora offers fictional characters, AI-generated conversations, character styles, portraits, and related entertainment features. Characters are not real people. Generated responses may be inaccurate or inappropriate and should be evaluated with your own judgment. Panora is not a professional advice service.
03. Responsible use
Use Panora lawfully and respectfully. Do not use the service to exploit or endanger minors, harass others, distribute unlawful material, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or attempt to interfere with the service. Do not bypass purchase controls, manipulate coin balances, or access systems without authorization.
Use the in-app reporting controls where available to flag inappropriate content. We may restrict service access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law.
04. Your content and app materials
You retain any rights you hold in content you provide. You are responsible for having permission to use that content. Panora’s branding, software, artwork, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners. Your permitted use of the app and downloaded portraits is personal and non-commercial unless separately authorized.
05. Subscriptions and coins
Panora includes optional paid subscriptions and coin purchases. Check the price, billing period, benefits, and any coin costs shown before confirming a purchase. Coins are digital items for use within Panora and are not cash or an investment.
Additional payment conditions are described in the Membership Agreement. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable Google Play terms continue to apply.
06. Local content and privacy
Local content may be lost if you clear storage, uninstall the app, or replace your device. Do not rely on Panora as your only copy of important material. Our information-handling commitments are described in the Privacy Policy.
07. Availability and responsibility
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate or that the service will always be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on generated content or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable rights, remedies, or liability.
08. Changes and contact
