01. Our approach
Panora is an Android entertainment app for adults aged 18 and over. This policy explains the information used to provide Panora, including the messages and selected images sent for AI processing, and the information stored on your device.
02. The information we collect
We process your app user ID, coin information, subscription information, and the chat messages and images you choose to send for AI responses. Your user ID distinguishes your app usage record. Coin information includes your balance and purchase or usage records. Subscription information includes your selected plan, purchase verification information, entitlement status, and relevant start, renewal, or expiry dates.
We use user ID, coin, and subscription information to maintain balances, verify purchases, deliver membership benefits, and resolve purchase or entitlement issues. We use submitted chat content to generate character responses and maintain conversational context.
03. Chat messages, selected images, and local storage
When you send a message, Panora uploads your message and relevant recent conversation history to a remote AI service to generate a response. This context may include your earlier messages and the character’s replies. When you send a selected image in a chat, that image is also uploaded for analysis and response generation. These features are not processed exclusively on your phone.
Panora uses OpenRouter to route these requests to an AI model provider. These services receive the submitted content for processing. Only images you choose to send are included; Panora does not upload your entire photo library. Avoid sending sensitive personal information or images you do not have permission to share.
Conversation history, selected image copies, character preferences, and app settings are stored locally for use in the app. Local storage does not prevent submitted chat content from being transmitted as described above. Clearing app storage, uninstalling Panora, or losing your phone may remove local content. Images saved to your gallery remain under your control.
Panora does not request your contacts, precise location, or microphone recordings for these features, and does not use advertising identifiers or in-app analytics tracking.
04. Purchases and service providers
For purchases made through Google Play, Google Play processes subscription and coin payments under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank details. Purchase verification information is used only as part of coin or subscription records.
We do not sell your data or use your conversations or selected images for targeted advertising. Submitted content is shared with OpenRouter and the AI provider handling the request to deliver AI responses. Their handling of content and technical request information, including IP addresses and request metadata, is subject to the applicable service configuration and provider policies. See the OpenRouter Privacy Policy. Processing may occur outside your country of residence.
05. Retention and protection
We retain user ID, coin, and subscription records for as long as needed to maintain entitlements, resolve purchase disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Local conversations and images remain on your device until removed through available controls or device settings. Remote providers may retain submitted content and request records under their applicable policies and settings; we do not promise immediate deletion, zero retention, or exclusion from model training unless supported by the actual service configuration. Deleting a local chat does not automatically delete copies already processed by a provider. We use HTTPS for the configured remote AI connection and apply appropriate safeguards; no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
06. Your choices
You may remove local content through available app controls or your Android app-storage settings. You can choose not to send chat messages or images; AI responses require remote processing of the content you submit. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, including user ID, coin, subscription, and submitted-content records where applicable, by contacting pocketshustle@gmail.com. Requests are subject to proportionate verification and applicable retention obligations. Deleting app data does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
If you choose to contact us, your message and sender address are processed by the communication services used to handle your request. This is separate from automatic app data collection. Please do not include private conversations, personal images, or payment-card details.
07. Adults only
Panora is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
