01. Scope and eligibility
This agreement covers optional Panora memberships and coin purchases on Android for users aged 18 and over. It supplements the User Agreement. By confirming a purchase, you accept the disclosed purchase terms and this agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
02. Membership benefits
Membership provides the benefits shown in the app at the time of purchase. Available plans may differ by region and release. Review the plan duration, included benefits, bonus coins where offered, price, and renewal terms before confirming. Benefits do not imply unlimited use unless expressly stated.
03. Payment and renewal
Purchases offered through Google Play are processed using Google Play billing. The Google Play confirmation screen displays the applicable price, currency, billing period, and any introductory offer. An auto-renewing subscription continues for successive billing periods unless canceled. Prepaid plans, if offered, expire at the end of the stated term unless extended.
Any free trial or introductory price applies only if explicitly offered at checkout. The subsequent price and billing terms must be disclosed before purchase.
04. Managing or canceling a subscription
Manage your subscription through Google Play subscriptions, using the Google Account that made the purchase. In the Google Play app: open Payments & subscriptions, select Subscriptions, choose Panora, and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future renewal charges. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues for the period already paid for, subject to the applicable plan terms.
05. Coin purchases and use
Coin packs are separate in-app purchases unless expressly included in a membership offer. The app displays the quantity and price before purchase and the coin cost before an action. Coins can only be used for supported Panora features and cannot be withdrawn as money, traded, or transferred to another person.
Purchasing coins does not itself create a subscription. Subscription cancellation does not itself request a refund for a separate coin purchase.
06. Refunds and purchase issues
Refund requests are handled under Google Play’s applicable refund rules and mandatory consumer law. Eligibility depends on the purchase and circumstances; this agreement does not remove any statutory right. For missing coins or membership benefits, contact pocketshustle@gmail.com and provide only the information needed to identify the affected purchase. Do not send full payment-card details.
07. Changes and contact
Changes to plans, benefits, or prices will be disclosed through the applicable app or Google Play purchase process, including any notice or consent required by law or platform rules. For membership questions, contact pocketshustle@gmail.com.
